MANDATORY COSTS
Final Cleaning + Electricity – Water Charges: € 120,00 For Stay.
Linen: € 15,00 Per Person Per Stay, Includes Bath And Bed Linen.
Deposit: € 150,00 To Be Left On The Spot. Will Be Returned After Check-Out Check.
Tourist Tax: € 1,00 Per Person Per Day To Be Paid Locally, Children Under 10 Years Of Age Are Exempt.
Minimum Stay: 3 Nights
BOOKING POLICIES – CANCELLATION
To Confirm The Overnight Stay We Ask For a 40% Advance On The Total Fee, The Balance Must Be Made At Least 30 Days Before The Arrival Or The Reservation Is No Longer Valid.
Free Cancellation Without Penalties May Occur Within 60 Days From The Arrival, Where The Downpayment and/or The Entire Amount Paid Will Be Returned.
If The Cancellation Occurs Within 30 Days From The Arrival and/or You Do Not Show Up On The Spot The Entire Amount Paid (Advance + Balance) Will Not Be Returned.
